Low Carb Pizza

img_4057-2If you are a Pizza lover as I am but you try to avoid carbs at night, this recipe is going to be your solution :) and its super simple, too.

Ingredients: (for one portion)

  • 1 can of tuna (I prefer the one in water)
  • 2 Eggs
  • Tomate Sauce
  • Mozzarella
  • other toppings you want to add


  1. Pre heat your oven. Around 180 °C
  2. Mix the eggs and the tuna
  3. Put the gained dough on a baking paper (! but don’t spread it too thin )
  4. Now put it into the oven and wait for around 15 min
  5. After those 15  – 20 min take the dough out of the oven, let it rest for 3-5 minutes and then add the tomato sauce, your preferred toppings and the mozzarella
  6. Put it again around 5 minutes into the oven
