If you are a Pizza lover as I am but you try to avoid carbs at night, this recipe is going to be your solution
and its super simple, too.
Ingredients: (for one portion)
- 1 can of tuna (I prefer the one in water)
- 2 Eggs
- Tomate Sauce
- Mozzarella
- other toppings you want to add
Instruction:
- Pre heat your oven. Around 180 °C
- Mix the eggs and the tuna
- Put the gained dough on a baking paper (! but don’t spread it too thin )
- Now put it into the oven and wait for around 15 min
- After those 15 – 20 min take the dough out of the oven, let it rest for 3-5 minutes and then add the tomato sauce, your preferred toppings and the mozzarella
- Put it again around 5 minutes into the oven
